How we process personal data
We process your contact details and project description to assess and respond to your enquiry. You can contact us by email with questions about access, correction or deletion.

Current form status
The form backend is not connected in this static development build. A form submission is therefore not delivered to Oslo Renovering, Cloudflare Turnstile or Resend. Use telephone or email until the solution has been enabled and tested.
Who is responsible?
Oslo Renovering AS is the controller for personal data submitted through this website. Send privacy questions and requests to post@oslorenovering.com.
What we process and why
When you submit a quote request, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, postcode, project type and project description. We use this information to assess the project, contact you and follow up the enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal data in the project description.
Providers and processing
- Cloudflare is intended to deliver the website and form backend. Technical data, such as IP address and security data, may be processed for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
- Cloudflare Turnstile is intended to check that submissions come from people. The check may process technical information about the browser and request.
- Resend is intended to email the enquiry to Oslo Renovering and a confirmation to the sender. Contact details and project content will therefore be processed for email delivery.
- The analytics provider, Cloudflare Analytics Engine, receives provider-neutral events for successful enquiries and telephone, email and Mittanbud clicks. Events contain only the event type, language, page and relevant service and source context — never form fields. The implementation uses no analytics cookies, advertising pixels or session recording.
Retention
The final retention period has not been approved. Information must only be retained while needed to follow up the enquiry and meet any legal duties. A specific, approved retention period is a launch blocker.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by emailing post@oslorenovering.com. You may also request restriction or object where the law gives you that right, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
